The audit trail tracks user and document activities, providing a clear record of who opens, modifies, and signs the document and when. The log ensures that the document is legally valid.
Upload-Link
Create an upload link to easily request documents. Through the Upload Link, external users (without an account) can upload documents to the designated Space or folder. Add a checklist for the required documents and easily monitor the upload status.
Retrieve files
If sharing is no longer necessary, you can instantly revoke access to your information, even if the documents have been externally downloaded. Remain 100% owner, even after sharing. Consider it as controlled lending rather than permanently giving away.
