We handle a lot of privacy-sensitive and confidential data from our clients. It is reassuring to know that this data is encrypted by default and that I have full control over what happens to the data, even when I have to share it.
Companies share their confidential information through DocLend. Initially, this included reports, but Quiver is now also being used as a data room for third parties and online signing. All of this comes with the highest level of security and is included as a standard feature in the package.

Step 1: Register
Creating a DocLend account is quick and free.

Step 2: Upload files
You can upload and share the most commonly used file types. All files are encrypted by default. Maintain full control over your information with 100% ownership. On the intuitive platform, you can easily organize all your important documents and folders.
Step 3: Create a space
A Space is a secure data room for collaborations with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders. Create a new Space and add (external) team members. Easily manage the rights of the Space and the team members. Anyone who uploads files retains 100% ownership over their files. Use templates for a clear folder structure. Create tasks such as digital signing or share an Upload Link.
Step 4: Retrieve files
You are 100% owner of the documents you upload, even when you share them with someone. As the sender, you determine the user rights of the recipient. You can specify whether someone can view, download, and/or edit the documents. If sharing is no longer necessary, you can revoke access to your documents, even if they have been externally downloaded. Remain 100% owner, even after sharing. Consider it as controlled lending rather than permanently giving away.
The new standard for professionals
Digital signing
Choose a PDF document to be digitally signed and make it legally binding. The owner of the document determines who has reading and/or signing rights. With standard 2FA, you can ensure that only the right individuals have access.
Audit-trail
The audit trail tracks user and document activities, providing a clear record of who opens, modifies, and signs the document and when. The log ensures that the document is legally valid.
Upload-Link
Create an upload link to easily request documents. Through the Upload Link, external users (without an account) can upload documents to the designated Space or folder. Add a checklist for the required documents and easily monitor the upload status.
Retrieve files
If sharing is no longer necessary, you can instantly revoke access to your information, even if the documents have been externally downloaded. Remain 100% owner, even after sharing. Consider it as controlled lending rather than permanently giving away.
Safest in the market
With DocLend, you comply directly with GDPR regulations, as we have data servers located in the Netherlands under European legislation. Our data center is ISO27001 certified. Set up 2FA for additional protection.
